The channels

Connecting takes a few clicks through your business Facebook account: sign in, pick a number, and the number is registered. Already with another provider? The number can move to us.

• The 24-hour window is shown in the conversation, switching to template mode when it closes.
• Meta templates: manage, send and track approval status.
• The channel is checked continuously: number quality, how many messages you may send, and how long the connection stays valid — with an alert when something needs attention.
• Conversations are counted by the Meta pricing category and shown in the usage report.

Connecting runs through your business Facebook account. The conversation is stored against the Instagram account, and never mixes with that person’s WhatsApp conversation.

• A coloured channel badge on the avatar, so an agent knows where the reply goes.
• Media is stored on our side and does not vanish when the Meta link expires.

The same connection as Instagram, the same list, the same routing and automation rules.

• Routing by page, for businesses running several pages.
• The sender is matched to a contact card by the page they wrote from.

Inbound mail lands on a dedicated address with a secret per business. You can use a WeHub domain or your own.

• Attachments are stored on our side and shown in the thread.
• A reply from the inbox goes out from the business address, not the agent address.

An inbound call appears in the list like any other conversation, with a recording, a transcript and a summary. Numbers, routing and recording are managed from the business settings.

• A softphone on mobile and in the browser, with no extra handset on the desk.
• A multi-business agent can register the softphone to more than one business.
