About

WeHub was built out of a system that was already running in production, not out of a deck.

The product began as an internal communication desk inside an Israeli management system: one inbox where a service team answered customers on WhatsApp, by email and by phone. It ran there every day, against real customers, before it had a name.

WeHub is that desk rebuilt as a standalone, multi-business product: each business gets its data, channels and team in full isolation, and each agent gets one identity that can serve several businesses.

We would rather ship less and tell the truth about it. A capability that has not been tested against a customer does not go on this page and does not go into the pricing, even when the code exists.

Three things we will not move on

Zero leakage between businesses

It is the first requirement in the spec, not a security clause. Isolation tests run before every handover.

No silent failures

A message that did not send says why. A plan limit is shown rather than hiding a button. An error says what to do next.

Hebrew first

The interface was built right-to-left from the ground up, not translated into it. Billing documents, errors and support are in Hebrew too.

Connect your first channel today

The wizard creates the business, connects a channel and invites the team. It ends by having you message yourself and watch it land.
